Welcome to my Blog! My name is Daniel Djukic and I am currently a student at Stevenson University. I love being active and exploring new and different ways to get active while on campus. I love going to the gym but there are so many other ways to get active while attending college. It’s my mission to help explore different ways to stay physically fit and inspire other students to explore these options.

Summer is a great time to keep your physical fitness up and to have fun with it. Let’s take a look at some of the activities one can participate in. When you think of summer many people think of heat and humidity. Which makes people less motivated to go and be fit. Go Bike a Few Miles!

The whole country is under a social distancing order which means you have to stay 6 feet away from other people. When it comes to working out this can be very hard because a lot of places you can go to get a good workout in are closed or too many people occupy the space. That’s okay though because I have some ideas that could help you reach your fitness goals. The activity we will discuss this week is simple and many already know about it. Let’s talk about biking. Almost every campus offers fitness programs for their students to part take in to help encourage them to stay physically fit. For this post, I am going to focus on Stevenson University specifically but look into your college's programs and see what they offer. Stevenson offers a wide variety of workout programs for students to take advantage of. Some of the workout programs Stevenson offers are Yoga, Zumba, and H.I.I.T. just to name a few.
